Brooks is off mark.

There have always been Justices who cannot string a proper sentence together. Their writing improves dramaticaly upon ascent to the Court thanks to a bevy of brilliant law clerks who do the heavy lifting.

Roberts, a former clerk, will probably do more of his own writing than is the norm.

A big "So what?" to this Brooks piece. He needs to grind his axe elsewhere.

LOL.... the writing IS terrible. Are the ideas expressed off the mark. I did not see any lack in the quality of ideas expressed.
