I know TOPT just bought some used tankers,s0 they continue to add capacity. On the other hand they backed away from a deal to buy some new tankers a few months ago. So they are at less cautious and only adding tankers at what they perceive as bargained priced.

Any of you guuyys follow the tankers closely? It's a whole new niche to me but it appears alot of them are fairly beaten down already, well off their highs and some approaching 2yr lows. Wondering if there's any value out there or if what I am assuming is overcapacity driving the weakness is still abundant.
