I think this is all getting a little melodramatic now. If confirmed she is one of 9 judges. Under the worst of circumstances she will still be better then some of the bad ones we've had before. I dont think the country is in any danger if she is confirmed. jdn

Makes Fund look kind of stupid. Vetting is about predicting skepticism???? duuhhhh....

I have seen nothing so far that flunks vetting. And when Ms Miers is confirmed, this article will show Fund flunked thinking 101. That looks kind of stupid.
