Unfortunately for Dent, these 2 events are mutually exclusive....the only thing keeping a lid on oil right now is rising rates. When they drop 'em it's gonna skyrocket, as well as gold IMHO....

Dent another charlatan, but a perma bull instead of a perma bear like Prechter.Did he not project Dow 36,000 not long ago?

Hays has a good record I think, but this is no guarantee against huge errors. Bill Gross's 3.5% TNX call a few months ago comes to mind
