Halliburton is Cheney's company. He got them the biggest contracts they've ever had on a no-bid basis. If you don't think he's benefitting and will benefit even more from that you're naive. In fact the options he still has went up 8 million bucks last year. Maybe that's not much to fat cat GOP leaders, but it is a ton of money to the average American. And it's called CORRUPTION.
