As I've said, this debate really isn't about abortion anyway, it's about sexual freedom for women. You're way off topic here. The current debate is whether or not the Supreme Court should determine the legality of abortion or whether the state legislatures should. Once its in the hands of the legislatures, then it becomes a debate about sexual freedom for women. As long as it is in the hands of the Supreme Court (as it is now), it is an issue of constitutional law.
