I like the unified field idea myself... I also pretty much agree with the Jesus as avatar idea... enlightened. Maybe even especially so, wtfdik. Since there was no concept in the holy land at the time.. they no doubt had no others to compare him to. So the new testement would be the passed down words (he never wrote anything I don't think) of an avatar.

I could give you a 'stab' at Jesus erasing sins and saving the world, but I don't have time... later. Am I a sinner? SURE!! But to me sin and guilt is part of the terrible downside of Christianity... sins are things to be avoided, to work on in your personal growth, not to be ashamed of. Buddhist psychology deals well with what we call 'sin' IMO.
