I don't know what the truth is, but when I read the stuff in that "letter" I thought "My, that sure is convenient for the Bush admins 5th or 6th (or 100th) reason for invading and 'staying the course' in Iraq".

But I'm probably being cynical.

That letter struck me as a likely fake as well. It just dovetailed too neatly with the chimp's new characterization of the terrorists as an ideological threat equal to the Communism.
Plus, it's supposedly been around for months - why spring it NOW?
Then, there's the chimpistrations propensity for lying to advance their agenda. It just smells...
