Which also isn't covered in the Constitution... states rights, right? Can of worms here Steve... legalized pot, assisted suicide, all left up to the locals... not the hand picked Bush USSC.

You can disagree with my conclusion if you like. But if the states were allowed to pass their own abortion laws, there is no doubt that the moderately wealthy would have more access to abortions than the poor. And that has social implications.

Sorry about the nuance; the world is full of f'ing nuance, and it's so damned difficult to think beyond the religious dogma to the pragmatic results of our actions.
