Hard to know about Tamilu until we see data; maybe it'll slow down avian flu. Also, it seems to me, to be difficult to accurately predict a death count. Lots of variables around now that weren't around in 1918, especially mass instantaneous communication around the world, for example. I think my friend who spends winters cruising the Carribean in his sailboat is in the best position. Just lay in more supplies and stay at sea or visit islands so isolated we've never heard of them.
