Mr. Attorney Tyson,

I guess I will have to use one of my last remaining 4 posts for Friday.

You did explain it to her. I think she needs a basic tutorial.

She doesn't understand what she is reading and she is going to persist in this line of questioning.

"You have access to this database because you are a lawyer and lets not forget that your home base is in San Diego, CA. Attorney Tyson, if you could be so kind to refer to court documents in the database you have access to I would like to know why Tony's web master sued him in 2000, and I would really like to know the outcome of the Hansen v. Elgindy lawsuit and all the other lawsuits that were filed and entered against Tony way back in 2000 "

She also doesn't understand that EIMS, Inc. is a name used by Robert Hansen when he referred to his company as is Electronic Information Management Services, Inc.

I guess we can sit in back of the auditorium and see how long it will take her to finally comprehend the rules of Civil Procedure and the concept of Cross Complaints and Cross Defendants. Does the County of San Diego have an online searchable database?

I am going to need quite a few Junior Mints for this show. I need to stock up on some Tylenol, too.
