I can't believe anybody expected the MICHIGAN consumer survey to be UP???

With Delphi going into bankryptcy and the UAW laborers being told their wage must be competitive - down is a no brainer.

When you tell GM related employees that they must have a competitive wage - you just took out the confidence of the State of Michigan.

Should be NO surprise here folks - just more noise.

I also don't like the way these markets are behaving right now, we should see a spirited rally, but it's not happening (maybe I'll be pleasantly surprised later today)... who knows, but I'm trading my plan, so I'll remain long until the market turns me short once again...<g>
