What life experience does talking head Krauthammer have that gives him any informed opinion of what constitutional jurisprudence is and what Ms Miers may or may not know.

I do see a perfect way to judge talking head Krauthammer's understanding of jurisprudence in how he has pontificated judgements. He did swallow whole the nagin blanco whinning victims cries and totally condemn FEMA. He called on the President to fire Mr. Brown. With what I have known all along and what all know now about what happened, how stupid would the President have looked if he had followed that advice.

Pronoucing a strong judegement about a person while not really knowing the person I would call fairly generic dumb jurisprudence. But maybe intellect steeped in scholarship can skip analysis of all facts and render pontification. LOL....

There some things that are mostly based on intellect steeped in scholarship. The law like engineering has many situations where experience with real life and understanding process are where true jurisprudence lies.

Mr Krauthammer is bright, but me thinks his opinions are colored rose with some idea that intellect steeped in scholarship is the end all of solving problems. I see it as an amusing ego thing.

While it makes good propaganda, the idea that this woman has been an outstanding lawyer for decades and never given any contemplation to constitutional issues is simply absured.

Krauthammer believes that. Bush thinks he knows what she thinks on the subject-and that it's acceptable to him. They could BOTH turn out wrong, but BUSH is the only one who can be trusted.

And elections MEAN something...
