these people have been shown a new way of life throughout the country.. doubt many will return. i expect they will start fresh in a new location if they get established.

New Orleans loses voters, and state loses voters. they are the ones who lose big time.

Yes, one of the sociopolitical/cultural errors in the report. The economics, however, I think are sound.
