Rightwing evangelicals really have a nerve. They are not the majority of Christians and they are far too mixed up in politics. In fact sometimes it's hard to know where the church ends and the RNC begins. As a result, these rightwing "churches", some of which are basically greedy con jobs set up to fleece their flocks, end up supporting atrocious anti-Jesus Christ type policies like giveaways to the very rich, slashing help to the needy, polluting the environment, lying to justify unnecessary wars and being generally intolerant and divisive. They also blatantly lie about things like Terri's Schiavo's medical condition. They simply cannot and should not be trusted.
