There's good sense I think in going to a lower ranked school where you can excel, especially if it's a good regional school in the area you want to practice. That's why I went to Utah.

The recent studies I have posted show that this is much the better for just about everybody in any profession. Blacks do much better at schools where their entry scores are at the median. And so does everybody else.

When I do "woulda, coulda, shoulda" daydreaming, I would have changed my approach to my education by getting a degree in construction management and then have specialized in RE law without worrying about passing the bar. If you want to develop property that is the combination to know.
