Hi John,

Do you still post over at IHUB and RB? You look pretty busy here. Just getting started. Looking for good shorts on stocks between $6.00 and $10.00. Fed will raise rates two more times before the end of year..mortgage rates up, real estate looks like its heading down, REITS and Builders look good for shorting. Whatsup?

Stern will start his promo soon and like him or not history will repeat itself.6 cents will be old history! Lots of happenings with activeshopper since Stern promoted last year.Investors were in this sub penny before Stern and although the shares hit a high
of .17 it never went to sub penny again like most others.The shares could in fact go to .25 or higher this go around.
