No I am passing. I find it interesting that they added a board member right before the meeting, seems odd. Also I am guessing they will replace the two board members representing the preferred class with Costa Brava's own representatives. But who knows. I think the only real important date is about Decmeber 1st when the first payment is due. Until then I am not sure what any shareholders rights are until they actually default.
