I agree. i.e.

1. Bought a new pick up today jes fer fun.

2. Elk hunting going full blast here. Cow season opens tomorrow for 5 days. Most of the men I know are working but not at their day jobs.

You could add on a 60x100 pole barn and you would still fill it.

I finished building a 48x100 a few months ago with a partial 2nd floor about 1/2 mile from the house. All insulated and heated and pretty stone work at the entry.
Barely got the camper inside and never did move the boat or my tools before someone decided to make a big offer on it.

Funny thing, the buyer is a woman. Hasn't closed yet so there is still hope I'll be able to keep it.
