No Michael. The question is not whether the dictator would like it or not, the question is whether the Iraqi people would have chosen to be invaded by those wonderful men and women of the US military (I'm really sorry you think they are "evil", btw; I think you are wrong about that (except for the few soliders who have tortured and/or murdered Iraqis- they are evil, but they are a very small minority).

You don't want to deal with the real issue do you? The issue of whether the Iraqi people themselves would have chosen this. That American revolution you so lovingly mentioned was started because of the choice of Americans. The Iraqis were not involved in their "revolution" (well, let's call it what it is, "invasion" and "regime changed imposed by an external authority"). Now do you really think they would have asked the US to invade? Do you really, honestly, think they would have asked for that? And if, in your heart of hearts, you know that the Iraqi people would not have wanted this, why would you cheapen the American revolution by comparing it to an invasion? Because that is what you do, when you compare what happened in the US, to what is happening in Iraq. I find the comparison pretty sick making, to be honest with you.
