If you folks have differing opinions about this I can only guess at the confusion in our government, where honest scientific inquiry meets with lies and distortion. We are probably in real trouble. Let's see if my local doc gives me Tamiflu and Relenza Monday. Local paper (Boston Globe) has front page headlines of run on these meds by docs and folks, probably leading some of the former to stop prescribing. The thought of martial law, possibly illegal a la posse comitatus, does not make me feel safer, LOL. Better we use our local National Guard on my side of the only two bridges to Cape Cod to keep folks OUT after avian flu appears in North America. I'll bet you are right about human-human transmission already occuring. The folks in power are too stirred up; the truth is probably being buried until impossible to conceal. SG
