We still have poverty in the US. We still have drugs in the Us. We .. wait a minute ... we haven't had more terror attacks in the US yet. I thought you might have had it. Especially with bearshark giving a clue. The correct answer is. They are all slogans. Rah, rah, siss boom bah. They're designed for people whose thinking originates with their testosterone levels. The earliest recorded terrorist event was by God [for those that believe that the Bible is a record of events]. Terrorism isn't a country, you can't ever "win" a war on Terrorism.
