"So you believe he's going down as well?" Anything is possible. But the odds don't favor Rove. Pretty much his only way out is via a pardon. I think the conspiracy aspect is pretty likely. This GJ and special prosecutor has been flying under the radar and asking in people beyond just the Plame case. I suspect they are working on something big and want all of their ducks in a line before they say anything. Remember that both Bush and Cheney have testified, albeit a while back.
