Ask Mr. Elgindy, point blank, if the United States Government has ever pressed him for information on others at any time since he was arrested. Ask Mr. Elgindy, point blank, why he wasn't scheduled to be sentenced before October. Bernie Ebbers was found guilty in March. How long did it take to sentence him? Ask Mr. Elgindy, point blank , if the sentencing has been postponed past the requested time extension in November. Ask Mr. Elgindy , point blank, if he has finally decided to cooperate after seeing the recommendation by the United States Government as to the sentence length. Ask Mr. Elgindy, point blank, if the travel coupon was made out in the name of Manny Velasco. Ask Mr. Elgindy, point blank, why he couldn't have traveled under his own name and still used that coupon. Ask Mr Elgindy, point blank, if 20 years is worth $100 or $200. How much did he save by using that coupon? I look forward to that manifesto. I didn't state that Mr. Elgindy had information about 9-11. You are the one that brought up that idea. Would you also ask Mr. Elgindy if there would have been any problems with authentication of certain evidence gathered by a covert operative if the operative did not want his/her identity to be revealed or if the operative did not want the mission to be revealed? I imagine Mr. Elgindy would have seized on that issue in an appeal even though there might be a way to authenticate it. Perhaps Team Elgindy can address that in the next manifesto
