Maybe we ought to change the Presidency to one 5 year term. All of the recent two term presidencies seemed to have gotten into so much muck in their 2nd term as to be ineffective.

Nixon = resigned to avoid impeachment
Reagan = Iran/Contra
Clinton = unsuccessfully impeached
Bush = whatever is going on now (all I read here indicates his administration is collapsing)

Wasn't born during Eisenhower's 2nd term, but all the other post-Roosevelt two termers have had plenty of 2nd term difficulties, maybe one 5 or 6 year term would be more effective?
