But in the words of my Danish brother in law, a cardiologist, if any serious heart surgery needed, he would go the US immediately.


So are you saying that 99% of the time the German, French or Italian health systems are better than the US system?

If you have money you can go anywhere for your health care. The rich come from all over the world to Houston and Boston to get the best health care. But those doctors are not available to average Americans. That's the crux of this issue. Sure we have "the best health care" but only for those who can pay thousands of dollars per day.
