the people owns all property. So they said. The biggest challange of a socialist country is also that of the capitalist country. They must avoid the consequences of monopoly behavior which arises in both systems. The socialist system, if it is somewhat honest, has the advantage that there are elections and periodic changes of government while capatilistic monopolies tend to fall in corporate hands under the observations of those who most benefit by corrupt behavior.
