My second biggest client is a Japanese company with 100+ JV in China. I am familiar with their ways and decision process.

The Japanese as a group were late in China investment, and are not fully invested, although have lots on the ground.

I wish them well in India :0)

India is definitely, by Indian admission, foreign investor friendly, and no particular reason to change.
