You're ignoring the questions.

Windfall profits taxes are in order for Bushie energy companies. They have been cheating and gouging since day one, since the week after Bush-Cheney were first nominated. Enron's Ponzi scheme collapsed and a few others were fined, but most of them have gotten away with it scott free.

Remember, we the taxpayers are shelling out 300 billion to take Iraq from Saddam. But we have lost. Who has won? Only Halliburton and some oil companies. So they need to start paying for that war.

Here are the questions again, to help you get back on track.

How much profit for HAL and Exxon is OK with you?

Also, do you realize that Halliburton and Exxon are publicly traded companies, so if you think they have an unfair advantage you can buy their stock and benefit from that advantage?
