The SC created new law. It will be thrown out and if you want, you can try to get the legislative branch of the government to legalize killing unborn children as birth control...

Why do you think the Supreme Court should determine abortion policy rather than a state legislature?

Your comment The SC has already ruled on abortion rights. It's the law just says that the Supreme Court has overruled state legislatures in the area of abortion law. My question is why do you think the presidentially appointed 9 Supreme Court justices should decide abortion policy rather than the various democratically elected state legislatures?
