Actually you've confused two different issues, not surprising. What I was talking about was the decision making process of whether a nation should go to war or not. It appears some here (including you), believe our method of choosing whether to go to war was deeply flawed. That being a vote by our Congress and a decision by our President backed up by a re-election. I'll ask again for maybe the fourth time on this thread. What better method (practically speaking) do you support, because, apparently democracy doesn't work for you.
