Mr. Realitybytes,

Do you not have the ability to answer the questions that rebut the claims you are making to the members of Amr's site?

In a R.I.C.O. case the Statute of Limitations starts to run with the last predicate act. What is the current Statute of Limitations for a R.I.C.O. criminal prosecution?

Did Judge Dearie state that he must sentence all defendants at once?

I gave you examples in which all defendants were not sentenced at once.

Does the United States Government have to indict all possible defendants in the same indictment?

I gave you an example in which that was not the case.

Why are you lying to the members of Amr's site? One conclusion might be that you are trying to entrap them. I suppose you could be an "internet troll" trying to upset people like Mr. Bear Down. He knows it is possible that someone else could be indicted. He also knows that Mr. Elgindy has been known to cooperate when in a pinch.

"An Internet "troll" is a person who delights in sowing discord on the Internet. He (and it is usually he) tries to start arguments and upset people."
