I love the taste of bear meat if the dish is prepared properly. I don't know what is up with the Asians either. I saw some Asian people catching crab off of the floats at Westport a few years ago. They were keeping everything they caught in their traps regardless of size or specie. The Fish and Game guy came down (I think someone snitched) and the whole family followed him off the dock gear in tow. I know we even issue seaweed and mushroom permits now. I think they'd strip the ocean and forest bare if they were allowed.
