It's clear from any discussion that abortion has to be allowed by a few favorable judges because it would NEVER pass going through the proper procedures of the legislative branch.

If it's not in the Constitution, there are procedures to change the Constitution. A few judges rewriting the Constitution is dead wrong.

The constitution guarentees the right of the government to stay out of purely personal matters, like whether to have a child or not.
