It's clear from any discussion that abortion has to be allowed by a few favorable judges because it would NEVER pass going through the proper procedures of the legislative branch. If it's not in the Constitution, there are procedures to change the Constitution. A few judges rewriting the Constitution is dead wrong.

re: Unless you think the constitution guarantees the right to an abortion (seems a stretch, if the constitution guarantees the right to an abortion but not the right to smoke pot, or the right to drive without a seatbelt). That's what the USSC thinks.
