Perhaps not an absolute matching ratio, but it seems like the vote of someone who pays $100 million in taxes should have more weight than someone who pays zero. It does in most every other structure where people are paying in fees and dues. You wanna create a system where the system benefits the poor even less than it does now? I'll tell you one thing -- if it were to work that way, citizens would eventually pay no taxes at all. -Z
