When someone tells an untruth, and knows they are telling it, what else are they? Murderer is a pejorative term too, but if you had actually killed someone, I think we'd be within our rights to call you that, and it wouldn't be emotional, or necessarily inflammatory, it would just be a fact, based on the definition of the word (but I agree, it would be personal- since the act of lying does attach to the person). The problem comes when we call you a murderer, or a liar, before we have evidence. Michael was kind enough to supply his own evidence. That was nice of him.
