Clearly, the energy companies have been gouging since 2000. That was proven during the Enron mess. Bushies have tried to cover up for them but the evidence is in. See the movie "Enron" or listen to the audio tapes of the Enron traders whooping it up over how much they're gonna steal once Bush-Cheney get into power.

How much profit for HAL and Exxon is OK with you?

Also, do you realize that Halliburton and Exxon are publicly traded companies, so if you think they have an unfair advantage you can buy their stock and benefit from that advantage?
