No, Communism is extreme left-wing. It really doesn't matter what type of government NK has - it's whatever Kim says it is. He's an authoritarian military dictator, and that is extreme right-wing. The situation in NK is much more simple fascism than communism - much like Hitler co-opting the National SOCIALIST party before he changed the name to the German Worker's party - he was always a right-wing military dictator, and a Fascist.
