Castro's a harmless lefty. Kim's an authoritarian military dictator, with extreme right-wing tendencies, despite the "communist" label. That's one reason the chimp deals with him - he envies his total power and the devotion of his peeps. The chimp especially envies Kim's total media control! He thinks if he had that, he could convice people he wasn't an assclown..
