There are three levels of readiness. There are 27,000 soldiers who are able to fight by themselves and support themselves logistically. There are something like another 100,000 that can fight by themselves if given some logistics support. That means a lot. Who do you think was protecting all the polling places and all the highways and the infrastructure? There are another 50,000 or so at level 3 which means they can fight alongside US forces.
