Florida SC trumps the state AG.

Checks and balances remember. Perhaps for some state law, the state court can trump it. But this is about how the federal system recognizes state differences in votes and whether the fed should recognize the state legislative branch slate or the state judicial branch slate. It is well laid out in the constitution that the Federal Legislative branch can decide which state electors to recognize.
