It doesn't matter what the results were. Though from polling surveys I think the guesses are that it passed. In either case, there is more participation by the Sunnis in the process. After that it is their game.

It seems Bush, Condi, EVERYBODY knows the result! Minutes after the polls closed they were cheering the results. Must be some new computer system they don't even have in the US!
