The California phony energy crisis was pure fraud and gouging. No excuses or spin, please. Watch the "Enron" movie or you can find the Enron trader tapes elsewhere. Listen to them as they deliberately shut down power plants (as they do refineries) and laugh about how much they're going to steal with Bush-cheney in power. Every single Bushie pal energy company was also in on the looting, all in collusion. Enron was just the leader. Bush-Cheney-Enron were like the same entity at that time and even had the same PR man, Ed Gillespie, working for both of them at the same time. Gillespie's job was to wage a disinformation campaign blaming the energy price spikes on -- democrats. What nerve. What criminality. If that's not proof of a conspiracy I don't know what is.
