How many "votes" would Bill Gates and Warren Buffet end up with? Couldn't they just have a meeting a decide what the country was going to do? I don't think you'd be happy with what they decided, but I might be! They're both sorta "liberal". <g>

Yeah, its just an idea, maybe a dumb one!

But Gates and Buffet would get significantly more votes than you or me. Philanthropists that they are, perhaps they would raise teacher pay and increase taxes on themselves (thus ensuring greater percentage of future votes!). It would be interesting, though, because as the high tax payers voted for legislation to reduce their taxes, their power over government would decline.
