The problem with advocating a Constitutional Amendment ban on abortions is that it accepts the fact the current Constitution prohibits the ban of abortion. Almost Everything has duel meanings.

It is sad that conservative have little to base support for Harriet Miers on. Right now the only reason I support her is because I have confidence in President Bush's ability to pick appointments. Granted he did appoint the Powells, but there have been many more brilliant appointments than those and a handful of other failures.
