Now days they have some really amazing technology that allows you to take the internet with you in a hand-held.

Yes you can read nonsensical right wing nonsense while driving at 60 MPH on a free way.

No - it would not be advisable to try and drive and do that at the same time - but if one is a passenger it is possible.

It’s the 21st century – you should check it out.
