Cheney said he believes the insurgency was in it's last throes, not that it was without question. Big difference. We've been through this already, and your willingness to continue to mis-state it makes you as great a liar as you think Cheney is. When it comes to WMD's, not only do you NOT know just what was or wasn't true, particularly when it comes to hosting Al Qaeda training camps (for which there remains compelling evidence), but given that so many others spoke exactly as Cheney did, we can see that either they were all liars, or all as "scary" as you think he is.
