Ray And no .. those hammers weren't showing yet. But if TA is Useless on ALAN .. what does it matter ?? :) Exactamundo!! That's why the Gann fans, waves, hammers, saucers etc. don't work on this stock. Case in point: Last March or so the stock broke out on heavy volume, the moving averages crossed and it made a new 6 month high....by all TA the stock should have continued the trend to the next resistace area of 1.50 from 1.35.....then something else happened. The point is that TA is only a good tool IF all things remain the same during the period of time studied. Guess that is why TA is a short term trading tool and not a long term indicator. Most traders, and I susupect you do the same, set their time frames in minute charts over 2 to 5 days. I've done the same and still do when I have the time to trade. Lately, that has been lacking. Ken
