Some aspects of it all are pretty amusing to me. Though iHub's big outage the other day was a major screwup on my part, and I deserve some grief for it, I'm always amazed at how much grief I get for shorter outages or slowdowns, especially when they happen afterhours. It's like I'm damned if I go the RB route and do nothing, and damned if I do aggressive development/improvement and hit the occasional unavoidable slowdowns or outright snags.
