On the contrary, the legal pundits are suggesting that Fitzgerald is going after Rove/Libby on conspiracy charges. If so, it will not be hard for him to expand it to include the Iraq war and Bush/Cheney. What I mean is...when you listen to or read punditry, you hear speculation ranging from "the prosecutor is working up some charge" to "he can't prove anything". My point is these crooks lied about the casus belli in the most sacred of venues, then they moved to smear a man who tried to warn them, before the president lied, and did it by exposing his wife, who may or may not have been a covert CIA agent...thses are vile creatures to say the least.
